Get ur facts straight noob. You can do crank case relearn with HPT I have done it twice on my car. Your car has to be up to operating temp before HPT will let u select and takes all of 30 sec to do.

You can still start ur car it will just take a few sec to start but otherwise runs fine even with the DTC cose for the crankcase sensor out of sync

edit: I see the Op is in Miami. Italianjoe1 has HPT and may be able to do it for u for a small fee. PM him. He is a nnice and knowledgable kid even though he no longer has an lsj.

I replaced mine and it didn't even set a code, you may need a CASE relearn though, but as said it can be done through the HPT scanner. Let me know if you need that done, I may be able to help you out.
