crankcase relearn?

the rates sound high to me, especially if they're hooking your engine block up to the computer

Just for future reference, a case relearn is done on the ECU so it will actually work with your vehicle.

A crankcase is a housing for a crankshaft in your engine block.

I was serious about the part where I said it sounds high. Just basing off of labor prices around here, it shouldn't, at absolute most, be $50.

Are you still under warranty? If so, I would be careful about them seeing your tune. Might try and void warranty if they are dicks.

Seems a little high to me most other users usually pay 60 from what they have told me.

just ask to talk to one of the mechanics and give him $40 instead of the shop.

I work for the city so the mechanic let me use his press to get the pulley on, and as far as the relearn i called them he said no way of saying for sure how long it will take, so he is quoting me for an hour of computer time.
