so i washed my car today i dont think that had anything to do with it but as soon as i started it back up i noticed a very loud noise coming from the left side of the motor it sounds like the valvetrain but i cant be sure took it to the dealer and they said that it is from low cat effeciency haha i have no cat so they are no help has anyone had a problem like this? it sounds like it could be the supercharger or comming from the motor.

 

timing chain tensioner? i ordered one today hope that fixes it even though it made the noise all the way home from dealer and then wont make the noise now.....
