Just wonder,
When Im driving down the road not going real fast,
say less then 40, just cruisin and takeing it easy,
What kind of timing should I be seeing on my Interceptor?

I haven't logged any LSJ cars, but most engine controllers will run pretty high timing advances under light load, cruising conditions. This promotes an efficient burn with minimal chance of detonation/knock due to the lighter peak cylinder pressures. I'd say in general many smaller displacement, factory forced induction cars seem to run mid-30 to mid-40 degrees ignition timing advance under those light load conditions but you should see this drop as you request more torque (i.e. apply more throttle and increase the calculated load). It generally isn't something to be too concerned about unless you've significantly changed volumetric efficiency (VE) of the engine and are experiencing drivability issues.

But then when I go WOT it drops to like 25 or so,
But sometimes I get KR and then it drops more
I need a re-tune from what people are saying, and bigger injectors,
so I might as well stay out of it till I just get the bigger injectors and
retune then. The other day, and this only happened this one time.
I would randomly get KR up to 1.0 while driving on flat road at
light cruise (40mph, 2K RPM, 4th Gear) Sometimes Id back off on the gas
to slow down and get a quick KR. I have my interceptor to turn the annunciators
on with KR is greater then 1.0, the lights the other night would flash intermitently
and it would display 0.3 to 0.7 KR I thought that was strange,
but then yesterday, it was fine again. maybe I had a little bit of bad gas. I recently
filled up and I always get 93 Octane.
