CTI Header and DP Gains

Does anyone have the CTI header and DP? Can you tell me if you could tell a difference in power after you put it on? And also is their DP available without a car? Thanks

I know someone on here got the header/dp and the full 3" exhaust done at the same time. It might be "srtkiller"?
