CTI SS Header and cat back installed full 3" with pics and vid clip

All I can say is WOW! this thing sounds GREAT!
We did before and after dynos and there were hp and tq gains across the boards max hp gain was 8-10 and this was with no pcm relearn at all, dynoed stock, went installed it and then drove the car 1 minute back to the dyno and re-dynoed after install... plus now that I am driving it home the car is feeling sooo much better and better!
car was pig rich stock dyno and the header leaned it out a little which helped I'm sure.
Plus the sound is fantastic!
I will have install pics and soundclip up tonight when I can get them on my main pc

Willie is a class act and he was great with all of this! header and cat back fit was perfect!

Plus that sound and that TIP! Pure sex!

Also dyno numbers, gains are everywhere, the care was baselined(the dashed lines) then we installed the whole thing drove it across the lot and dynoed again, the PCM didnt have time to adjust(it was getting real late) , all I can say is now that I drove it home MAN it is sooo much better! It flashes boost instantly to 11 now in fifth at 2500 rpm and the car pulls sooo much harder

here are the pix!

Enjoy!

Out with the OLD!

IN WITH THE NEW!

yes we dynoed it before stock, drove it to the lift and installed it then drove it back to the dyno, which is 1 min away. The car is a lot different now that we put miles on it.
stock dyno is the dashed bar on the slip pic above

CTI header street legal? In other words, 4 years from now when I go through inspection I can pass without issues?

has the cat and both 02 sensors, so you should be aok! pass visual no problem and the cat will keep emissions in check.

Is that the front O2 sensor pointed straight down at the ground in that pic?

its pointed down on the bottom of the header in the collector, not straight down, the o2 actually points to the engine block.

yep, I felt the same way, this is a mod that when you do anything else to the car it will only amplify it, anyone that says you dont make power with a 3" is seriously wrong.
We installed the system and took the car across the lot to the dyno and dynoed it, peak hp gain was 8whp, that is with no relearn time on the pcm, I can tell you after driving it home the car just feels different and more powerful, boost is more instant, it flashes 10+ now just stabbing almost as fast as the gauge can move
We may not have turbo's and lag but the s/c can push the air thru the motor faster and evacuate it just as fast, then you see a huge difference!

We wanted to see what this would do on a stock car, now gm stg 2 is finally going on, ported and polished S/C with portmatched TB is going on, Injen is going on, etc, just been waiting for this to be done
I am sure when boost pressures go up the gains will be more impressive!

On and ANYONE that said you lose Tq with a 3" system...here is the biggest BS flag I can raise!

Woot, mine was noticeable. i put down 205 on a mustang dyno, then 235 on a dynojet after with just the CTI header. I had to extend the o2 cable on mine, it looks like yours fits. it took me a lot longer becuae i had to do it on the ground under my car in the drivway without air tools. but i think it is a noticeable gain and a bit of sound change.
