where is the cheapest place i could buy an cx h/e? and do i need a dual pass..? or its not nesscary and what does really do?

 

ebay. no you do not need a dual pass. the dualpass is just an extra supporting mod

 

as an extra supporting mod dual pass is oka. But with the remote reservoir the stock system then holds more coolant and is 100% self bleeding. ANY air in the aftercooler system makes it not very good and you will lose power just driving in hot weather....
