Dash Light?? (Pic Inside)

Hey, sorry I took forever.

I was asking about the alarm light or rather the light found on the dash and how to get it to blink (or arm it). Sorry im so clueless, it might just be a sensor.

Take a look

When I first got my SS I saw that was curious at what it was. I first thought it was just a huge bolt for somehing. Then I assumed it was the sensor for the lights.
