It appears my fuel pump has died for the second time. Is it possible to install an in-line fuel pump and have it draw fuel even thought the one in the tank is not working?

i installed new injectors and i said what they told me to. they said to pull the fuel pump fuse out and start it and let it run till it dies i did that. after i got it all installed i went to go start and i didn`t hear the fuel pump come on

 

Did you plug the fuse back in? I know that sounds bad...but is it possible you forgot to put it back?

 

yes I put the fuse back in but i don`t hear any nosie coming from the pump

 

I doubt your fuel pump went. Check and make sure the fuse is still good and actually in. Also check the relays too.
