that poor deer

 

Well I asked the claims agent about the whole deal, and now all of the sudden they claim they are replacing with OEM, only for the reason that the car had 8000 miles on it. He said they usually go aftermarket or used, but this time they are going to make an exception. Anyone know of an good insurance companies?? I bet my rate goes through the roof now!

Why do all you guys have to be haters?? Quit whining and get it fixed? Damn!

Hitting a deer is a comp claim. They can't jack your rate for it, its against the law. Hitting a deer is a act of God, out of your control.
