I'll even over-emphasize:
Porting your blower will lower outlet temps and move more air, thus creating horsepower gains. However, there are no results or actual proof of what a ported blower can do on our cars.

If the eaton doesn't compress air then why does my boost gauge say 16psi 
It may not compress the air in the blower housing but it compresses the air.

wait wait. correct me if I am wrong. I might have read everything wrong. He is just basiclly port and polishing the blower???? if thats the case I heard that on the Redlineforums. that people that had their blowers port and polish saw minimum gains from it.

Yes, if you port the inlet tract it'll help... if you start changing inlet geometry without information you'll shoot yourself in the foot and ruin a supercharger.

Well I wouldn't go so far as to say that. My friend Josh had Stiegemeier port and polish his M112 on his Lightning and it produced over 40rwhp gains with out any other modifications or tuning (same MD inertia dyno used for all it's other modifications). We also stuck it on a flow-bench before installation and airflow improved over 50%. I don't remember the exact numbers but it was around 900cfm stock and and around 1400-1500cfm afterwards.
