Honestly, I have ZZP CAI on my car and I love it. I did research alot about Injen most guys switch Injen to ZZP. I did research about LS4 then I decided not to go for that. Cause I don't want to have hard time driving my car and I am living in the city. It's not worth of hassle but some people like them some not. But from what I see is that most guys put it on then for short while they switch back. That's why I decided not to go for it. It's your decision of what you want to do with your car.

I love my Injen, just use the hydro shield and do drive through standing water. (which you shouldn't do) No problems since I installed the hydro shield, no crazy Maf boost or idle issues.

Dude is this all you do? Troll every single thread and say "use the search"? I swear I've come across at least 10 in the last day with you being a douche and just saying that. Why?

I honestly can't see it being worth it to upgrade your intake for the little power you might gain. I'm pretty sure there is/was someone on here that was running a TVS with the airbox mod and was pushing over 300hp.

As far as the "use the search button", I can see where mrbelvedere is coming from I see so many unnecessary thread that have been covered too many times. A lot of people want to be spoon fed the answers instead of actually doing some research. "I just got my cobalt it's stock what stage kit/mods should i do first" for example has been covered on here so many times. Anyways good luck with your decision.

yea but i haven't seen much on here about the ls4 throttle body. its a highly active forum and people answer ppls quesitons whether you like it or not. never hurts to get up to dat einformation from people that might be able to tailor to your specific question.

THAT said, i think the main reason to go ls4 throttle body is make in the inlet the same size going into the blower. hence most people would get this throttle body when they get a tvs. other wise you got a 3" tb going into a 2.7" blower inlet (idk what the actual sizes are) and that could disrupt the flow.

i've been thinking of getting that tb anyway though because i think mine needs to be replaced... i have SHITTY throttle response

there isent anything new to add about the ls4 it has all been covered like all the exhaust questions and intake questions and so fourth and no it dosent hurt to help people and i do help but if you try to help yourself before asking a question on a subject that has been covered exstensivly then the people in the know are more apt to help those who help themselves and you need to learn how to use propper grammer whats that dat **** a sign of how lazy you are

Here's the problem I have. I also have an injen and I just bought an LS4 intake and I was curious as to if the upgrade to ZZP was worth it.

I clicked this thread, hoping to find HELPFUL information. Instead I see a few trolls saying "USE SEARCH" instead of contributing any type of helpful data. Instead of posting where to look or giving useful information, now I have to go to google, type the same thing, and surprise surprise. This thread comes up. And it will come up for anyone else doing this search on google or the search forums for the rest of time.

So instead of being a douche bag and screaming SEARCH SEARCH why not just give the information, or a related thread you came across?

From what I know you can ported your supercharger to match your LS4 if you are getting 1. Instead of getting LS4 throttle body adapter or get the adapter if you change your mind and go back to stock throttle body. For me I don't see for a reason to upgrade LS4 throttle body cause somebody said on this forum that they are really touchy and set the base idle scaler at 4950. That I am afraid it will burn out your clutch faster. I just stick with ZZP CAI and I am REALLY happy with it.
