dont get gmpp unless ur wanting to keep ur waranty IMO they are junk.. you can get cheaper products on here that work much better and you can get even more flow from... header dp i would go CTI

The warranty would just apply to anything that would happen to the exhaust right? I mean if my engine blows there not going to belame it on an aftermarket exhaust... but who knows though I guess lol

Good question...........although now that GM is owned by "other entinties" who knows what they'll pay for under a warrenty claim anymore.

Yeah I can't see the dealer really saying anything about it but if someone from GM had to take a look at it if it were something big then they might say something ... but anyways I was on the OTTP site and the CTI header is double the price of the GMPP is it really worth it?

Nm its for the header and DP which doesn't seem too bad ... what catback would be a good choice?

I was about to get a header then I remembered the warrenty.
So I might go with the GMPP one.

Can someone send me a link to it?

Don't even bother getting a GMPP header or catback. The SS/SC comes with a 2.5" exhaust and the GMPP is 2.25". You would be better off cutting out the stock muffler and welding in a straight through muffler. I ran the GMPP exhaust for a while. It felt pretty restrictive on the top end. I got a good deal on a used Hahn Racecraft 3" catback and I like it a lot better. The GMPP catback has a nasty drone between 2000-2500rpms. The Hahn exhaust is loud when you put the hammer down, but there isn't a drone and it's fairly quiet if you drive like your Grandma! lol. The GMPP has a big ass resinator in the middle that scrapes on speed bumps if you are lowered and it is visible under the car.

I think im going to go for the CTI header and DP ... what catback should I get though?

If I just go with the header and DP for now will I see any gains or should I get a catback to? My mods are only GM stage 2.

Get the Hahn Header and DP and Catback. Its more money than the others but you definitely get what you pay for. Best quality out there bar none.

Yeah but I read you should only get a 3 inch exhaust if your making upper 200 low 300 whp if not it will only take away performance ... I dont think hahn makes a 2.5? If i were to go with the CTI header/DP what would be the best exhaust choice?

The CTI 3" Downpipe with CAT is garbage .... I had it, and it was terrible quality. I don't know about their header downpipe combo, but the downpipe sucked. It leaked, had the flex coupler fail in under a week, and it sounded like ****. I think the Hahn downpipe is a much better piece, but it is pricey. My car actually runs stonger with my factory downpipe then it did with the CTI downpipe. Do alot of research on exhausts man. Some will make your car sound/run like ****, but there are some good ones out there.

trust me it's garbage .... i didnt even have it on for a week and the flex coupler failed (the mesh on the inside of the flex warped, and almost blocked off the entire flow of my exhaust). I had a nice long fight with lovely OTTP about getting it repaired (will never buy from them again with the way they treated me), and finally had it fixed. Put it back on, and the damn thing leaked at the downpipe to cat-back connection flange. It made my car sound cheap. I believe in only putting the best products on my car, and the CTI downpipe wasnt one of them. Now like I said maybe their header/downpipe combo is better .... i really dont know anything about that.

Yeah I think the price of exhausts headers etc is too much ... I was even thinking of getting a 2.9 , Dual pass , and interceptor gauge which would be a bit cheaper then a header/dp but I don't think I would really gain anything from it ... I would deffinetely rather go for the OTTP stage 1 + dual pass + h/e but im too worried about warranty issues. Whats your opinion?

I have the pacesetter header and the custom downpipe from exhaustdepot.com and I have to say it works great and the quality of mine was top notch. The sound of it may not be the greatest but it sounds decent to me, so for the money is pretty good IMO.

You will notice some power out of it, but the problem is, if you decide to go with more power, its going to get a little restrictive.

It does have power over the stock system. As well as a nicer sound to it.

Also, this and the Borla systems are the SAME EXACT cat-back....

Personally, i liked my pacesetter exhaust with a resonator welded in, stock muffler. AWESOME sound.
