im confused, where the hell do i have to go to get a catless downpipe wiht a bung installed

it does not have to be welded..the only thing u would need welded is a extra o2 bung if your using a wideband air/fuel ..other wise no welding just straight bolt on

well i can get the bung installed right for my egt guage it says for an extra 20
