anybody have any suggestions on how to fix a damn warped flange where the downpipe meets the header, its a zzp header with catless dp, got a few thousand miles on it and 2 gaskets later its warped and drives me insane

 

Took mine to a shop when I couldn't get it to seal properly, they said they filed down the flange bc it was a little warped. No leaks now

 

After like 10 gaskets and having the flange made flat again I ended up having a v- band style flange welded in. No more leaking wish I would have done it sooner

 

Just change out the flange and be done with it. the Vband they use now is awesome.
