Downpipe questions

Okay First off I did a search and was to no luck. I have a 2006 SS/SC, Mods in sig, but I have a pacesetter header right now and I want a catless DP, I found this OTTP Pacesetter Down Pipe

which is supposed to fit, I know I want a wideband down the road so im gonna get that option and just plug it off until time I get it, but what about the rear 02 sensor hole? since I have no cat do I have to have this? only reason I ask is it's an extra $40. and also will I need to wait to install it until right before I get it tuned or will I be able to put it on now?, I know I need to get my car retuned but I was hoping to do it when summer mix comes back and I get my wideband but it will kill me having the pipe in my room and not installing it. So will it do me and good to install it now? I'm running a 2.6 pulley and spiking at WOT 20lbs so I'm hoping catless will help with that but i dont want it to make my car run like crap.

I'd be concerned with the fact that you're tuned for a 2.6 w/o a wideband..

With a 2.6 I wouldn't change anything without a wideband hooked up. You are living dangerously enough just driving it as is without doing something that may lean it out more.
