?? on dual pass installation - help
So i am going to install the dual pass this weekend. ive got the instructions from CED which tell me to disconnect the battery, fuel rail, s/c, and intake.
Question i have is why do i need to disconnect the battery and fuel rail? i assume i can remov ethe s/c without doing this. Can someone comment.
Also, is the reason the intake needs to be removed because the laminova tubes cannot be pulled out given the clearances?? i can see the original end plate right there!
thanks guys!!!

When i took my supercharger off only reason i removed my fuel rail was because i was replacing injectors.... I think the plate is on the drivers side of the charger.... if you take that off i would assume you would have plenty of room to remove it.... i was looking at it today.... BUMP for someone that has knowledge in this!
well i know disconnecting the battery is merely a safety precaution so that you don't accidently screw something up. and my best guess as to why you would disconnect the fuel rail and the battery at the same time is to not accidently flood your chambers in the off chance that something were to be grounded out and send power to your fuel system. thats my best guess on that one.
it just dosent make sense why the fuel rail would come off. Has anyone been able to leave the manifold in place and swap the laminova cores??
ive pre plumbed the dual pass leaving a bunch of hose at the end to connect to the surge tank. Most people seem to route this hose across the front radiator support member and sqkeak it past the supercharger pulley. Any thoughts, comments???
