I would not suggest going with a 2.5 inch pulley.... also did you have to machine the snout to fit it on there ? And isn't the temp created by that pulley actually reducing hp numbers ? You may have posted that but I am a lazy ass

The snout has to be machined for anything smaller than a 2.8" pulley. No, in fact, on the highway, with a 2.5" pulley, the temp of the air going into the engine was only 75 degrees

Look at the dyno chart, the 2.5 made 3-4hp more the entire band up to 5500, then it went lean and power dropped.HP and TQ were both improved with only a 13deg temp rise as mearsured by IAT2
