ZZP PCM / ECM / ECU stoped using emission and fuel-trims correction ????

Oh god! Yesterday i got new problem with new PCM / ECU / ECM (i don't know how you speak this)

My balt stay on garage at 1 week with desconnected battery ...
... when i'm start it ... i saw black smoke from exhaust ... and after 3-5s idle start hunting 500-1100 ... and engine stoped.

Startuped it again ... and nothing changed.

Connect DATAlogger to OBD .... and saw "0% in fuel correction". x_X ... check O2 sensor - 0.970v ... and don't changing!

Wrote to ZZP. They told to warm up car. X_x ... it works like Diesel ...
When I place 42lb injectors. Idle start working fine ... but black smoke isn't leave (but less).
Warmed up to temp = 106 C ... Correction DOESNT CHANGing! 0%!!!!

Get a shot (t = 97 C fans working):

o_O I never see this ...

So i placed STOCK PCM ... startup engine - and correction start working!!! All fine!!!

But when i place ZZP PCM - it 0% again. And nothing changed

Any help? Whats wrong with ECM? Can i reset it? F***ing god!
Sorry for my English))

I had a zzp Stage 3 pcm on a friends that that showed fuel trims not working at all. Sent it back to zzp and got it replaced fuel trims worked instantly on the ECU.

Hope you get it solved.

zzp stop answering to me. It's terrible
Maybe they will be answer today ... I hope.

$hittest things about this PCM. Because it working 3 weeks with "System Too RICH" and after disconnecting battery its die to 0%

What about ZZP? How long "relearn" will be? Car was warmed up with this PCM. But nothing changed.

Zzp answered this
I don't think you understand how fuel trims work. The PCM doesn't 'correct' for larger injectors.
That's a find tune based on inconsistencies in parts. Ideally trim is 0 or as close to it as possible no matter what injectors you run.
try to explain it to they again

I don't know why you using "Soviet Russia" )) but it's realy funny))

so ZZP still not answering ... and i recorded video. I think its 100% PCM failure. Look:

1. First: stock PCM with 42 lb injectors (its rich, but it only for
display to you working TRIMS & O2).
YouTube - Cobalt SS SC'06 Stock PCM with 42 lb injectors (Fuel Trims & O2S)

2. Second: ZZP PCM #60 (for 60lb injectors) but on 42 lb
injectors. Because 60lb stop working. Blackest smoke ... unstable
working ... this why I placed 42lb for this time to show you THIS:
YouTube - Cobalt SS SC'06 ZZP#60lb PCM failure with 42 lb injectors (Fuel Trims & O2S)

After seeing that 2nd video I'm gonna go with bad PCM or tune, you should at least get STFT changing. You should for sure look into getting a wideband o2 so you can see exactly what it's doing.

Wideband for black smoke on idle?)) it less than 10afr 100% I think

Zzp PCM working with 60lb 2weeks (last thread about idle hunting) ... There was system too rich code when I'm riding carefully (on 4th gear 2000 rpm -10 mmhg on gauge)

But after disconnecting battery you see what's happens. Car stopes working with 60lb on idle.

UPDATED: ZZPerformance ... sent to me new pcm ... and all fine now. Be careful This is ECM failure.
