so I'll bring the thread back for zach. I got the call from the dealer today and they said it was the o2 sensor had shorted out. when i installed the vibrant header/dp and catback it was a stretch to get the sensor plugged in. they figure it stretched so much one of the wires shorted causing the o2 sensor to short out. they have not installed new sensor yet or added longer wire so i'll repost after i pick it up and its running right again.

KUDOS MAJOR KUDOS to Zach who came down to tune me and ended up giving me 4 hours of his day trying to get car figured out and running. Will update on the tune after i actually get to drive the car...
