Engine might be goin...

Well today i pulled the charger off and everything, found a **** load of the debris left from the eboxy weld stuff, caked all over the IM and stuck in the cores, well i found a chunk stuck between the IM and S/C throttle the little throttle on the S/C and pulled it put i was diggin for like 30hr getting **** out with the magnet, couldnt find the other piece im thinking it disenigrated leaving the grey dust ****.

Anyways after this i reinstall everything, checked hoses, belt, bolts, sensors... I started the car, the engine went crazy the exhaust was popping really fast, rpms went from 1-2k, i turned it off and call my buddy he kept telling me "check sensors, check sensors" well there alllll connected and i had him listen to it. So hes coming out to my house to help me figure this out, its weird that it just started to do this now cuz the weld fell out awhile ago and all i did was remove a chunk that was block the passage of the s/c and installed **** back on.

Im really fustrated right now and dont need this right now car was running fine then now its acting up and wont idle right, exhaust is popping almost sounds like its misfiring bad, but everything thing is connected and installed right the way i did it the other day..... Might be out a car for awhile and its my DD to.

So interceptor shows P0101 which is a Mass Air Flow Sensor performance ecm.

I didnt touch the MAF sensor at all unless it got particles in it.

Unhook battery for 10 minutes. if that doesnt work

Pull the MAF, clean it, re-install.

I found 1 of the plugs and then a piece rolled up in a ball as if it was in S/C and the rotors spun it up then threw down the intake. We listened and came to conclsion that its a HUGE leak but we have no idea where and the S/C could be Fd up now.

My boost gauge reads 0 and shakes and sounds like the intake is getting alot of backpressure thrown into it.

take off the supercharger and flip it over.

spin the pulley and look through the rotors and see if you see anything..

you would also be able to feel it in the pulley as well...

Learned my lesson, the rotor lobes got scuffed up and it spins with the pulley, kinda ruff and it had the powder from the epoxy all over. Were doin a m62 swap with a buddy who has an extra one and i ordered a new belt and S/C and IM gakets anyways.

X2 All you get by plugging the holes is more SC whine. Not worth the chance of blowing the motor IMO.

Could be the S/C gasket for all i know. Maybe it was put it wrong, i dont know if it has 2 ways to fit, like upside down cuz it has a rubber gasket in the middle but maybe one side is different than the other side.

you're not going to find something that doesn't have a danger of falling out...

just don't do it
