Everyone with an aftermarket HEADER

I'm installing mine tomorrow and I was just wondering if these torque specs seem right? There from GM, but they seem fairly loose???

Exhaust manifold to cylinder head nut - 2 passes = 12 N.m / 106 lb in
Exhaust manifold to cylinder head stud = 10 N.m / 89 lb in

Clearly you guys who save tighten them the **** up, don't do to much work to your own cars. Torque specs are in place for a reason. You snap one of those bolts off in your head and see if you still feel smart.

Unless I'm doing spark plugs, or something with clearance issues of some sort, that ****** is getting tightened all the way...

There is no need to torque the exhaust header studs and nuts. Tighten them till they feel solid.
