Silicone will blow out over time. Get Vibrant gaskets.

My friend used it on his car. It doesn't last. Buy a real gasket.

Ive heard good things about vibrant, you can also make your own out of some dead soft copper sheet.

a 12" square sheet is like $20 online, you could easily get 3, maybe 4 gaskets from a sheet

The vibrant gasket that came with my DP from CA sealed really good. When i took all the exhaust parts off my old car.... it held the catback and DP together even when i pulled the bolts out lol.

No silicone at all. Trust me on this. It'll just leak.

If you do that the silicone will let go and drop out, then you have a metal gasket rattling around along with an exhaust leak. Trust me just use a new OEM LSJ one.
