An Exhaust question

I want to purchase a full exhaust system. Im thinking hahn 3" catback but which headers/downpipe? Also performance wise should I got without a cat or put a cat on there I dont care what it sounds like I just want the performance.

Check out cobalt-addiction.com they have a decient selection for exhaust systems. I personally went with the gm header and a high flow cat but ended up gutting the cat. Pacesetter is good, but you have to cut and weld the end of the cat to have the bolt holes to line up.

Definitely go Hahn with everything except the header. If you dont care about sound and just want performance then go cat-less.

Well I have been researching this and I definitly want the hahn exhaust. But I cant seem to find the headers I want. I want long headers and a downpipe preferable not with a cat because cutting it off or gutting it would be a waste of money on a good cat. Any Ideas on the headers. The options are very limited on this car I know. (something that would work with the 3" exhaust)

Check out the Pacesetter header, very good and its a long header. You would need a shorter downpipe built for it. I know a guy in Florida that builds the dp's for the pacesetter. I will have to find his contact information for you. I also have a used pacesetter header for sale if your interested. Just PM if so.

alright well I'm pretty sure im going to get the zzp header and I was thinking of getting a custom exhaust made. My friend is totally against back-flow and he says I should not put a resonator on the exhaust when I'm having it made. Any feedback on that?
