Exhaust question need help

Well ive had my vibrant header back since dec. and it is LOUD!!!!!!!! im trying to find a way to quite it down any ways that are easy??? other than replacing, also there is this noise from under the hood i took it to the dealer and they said the header is touching the firewall anyone had this problem its like a clicking noise when i get on the gas even just a little bit is it knocking? or what idk

Well to quiet it down, add a resanator or even a silencer in the tail pipe. My silencer quiets my car down alot.

The clicking noise you describe is probably an exhaust leak somewhere.

ok ill have the shop check it out where i got it put on, is it my header gasket???????

If you hear it from the front of the car, it's probably the header/downpipe connection, or the header flange where it bolts to the head. You can check it out yourself if you're careful. Wait until the exhaust has cooled off, then start the car and put your hand around the header/downpipe connection, and the header to head connection (this may be more tricky). If you can feel air coming out, then you've found your leak. Careful, the exhaust heats up pretty quick.
