Ok so i got pulled over last night for my exhaust again and got another warning. I have a Megan exhaust, it came with the car when i bought it. What's a ncie sounding exhaust thats not crazy expensive. One that sounds like a borla exhaust, its not loud when your driving normal but when you get on it it nice and deep. Thanks

 

If you have a catless dp you should have an resanotor welded on

 

get a turbo thatll quite it down lol magnaflow has a good sound btw and ive heard good things about tsudo?lol

 

i have the ark grip catback and its not crazy loud and its deep even at wot

and the tsudo is only for the base and sport

 

oh ok my bad lol my buddy has the vibrant and dont get that thing its super duper ******* loud lol

 

lol ive gotten like 5 warnings already, on the verge of gettin a ticket haha.

If you were pulled over for the megan being too loud, magnaflow would probably get you pulled over too.

Buy a dynomax super turbo muffler that has the inlet and outlet in the same orientation as the muffler on your megan for ~$50 and take it to a muffler shop. Ask them to cut out the old one and replace it with the new one. Labor should also be ~$50.

Agreed. Run the dynomax muffler with a resonator and it will be much more quiet

 

Ummm, why not get a 10$ silencer? It quiets it down. but still louder then stock

 

How are so many people getting warnings and such for their exhausts? I have the slp and never gotten even a stray look from a cop.

 

hahns are pretty quiet until your on it

 

I have the gmpp header, catless downpipe and stock catback, has a nice tone to it yet is still quieter than a full out exhaust. i like it. very sleeperish too
