I picked up the car on friday and what a great car! Anyways the first two upgrades, I plan on installing are an Injen CAI, and a Corsa touring exhaust. I also plan on putting on the GMPP header. My question is, where could I go to get the header ceramic coated? I'm assuming some type of chrome shop could do it, but I figured I'd get your'e opinions first.

 

#1 question, find out what you want out of your car. If you want to tubo or S/C than any mods that are needed with the turbo will have to be used and anyhting you have bought previously will be a waist.

Now if you just want to stick with bolt-ons i would do CAI, Exhaust, Header, Then from there you can do cams, clutch flywheel and so on. Thats the order i would go in unless you just buy everything at once.

 

intake and exhaust are a great start.

Pulley would be another good one. Get a hub/ring setup so you can swap sizes. 3.0 is a good place to start.

You can't coat the GMPP header it's just a stock header with some material removed. I don't think you need to coat it.
