Matty removed his stock HE that was sandwiched in there and just used the Fluidyne one upfront and saw a great improvement all the way around. I think all he has is just the dual pass mod on top of that. Option B is just too much of a damn hassle for the minor benefit it'll give.

Well the news isnt to good. here is Fluidynes reply

We have not planned to produce the Cobalt units at this point. We keep records of what parts people are looking for, based on the requests we get, and unfortunately, according to my records, you are only the 2nd person who has expressed an interest in the Cobalt. The Cobalt just doesn’t seem to have taken off in popularity the way some people figured it would. In order for us to recoup our development and tooling costs, we need to know for sure that we will sell at least 50 or so per year, and the Cobalt market does not appear to be able to support this at this time. I’m sorry we couldn’t help you.

So apparently I am only the 2nd person to ask for a HE/Radiator from Fluidyne. Do you think they will sell over 50 Units a year? If they produce a radiator and or Heat exchanger for the cobalts?

i really dont think we need a radiator and they offer a replacement for the cobras/lightenings which is why everybody is getting them cheaply...which is the one posted above, so in actuallity there is no need for any new products

I think that is the oversized one. The specs on the site are a tad smaller

So i got a reply from Fluidyne, Steve Ribelin who I am speaking to says it is a possibility of a Fluidyne heat exchanger for the Cobalts, they would most likly use the cobra 03-04 heat exchanger and make some brackets. I know many people have already done this but hey its quality parts from a quality company!

Feeling of self accomplishment and going to extra mile to be unlike the normal crowd. That's why I do stuff like that personally.

I 100% agree with this. This is the kind of thing that makes your vehicle more personal. The market for SS/SC isnt as huge as I personally think it should be. So for the people who cannot fabricate thier own brackets I am just trying to get another option thrown out there for the Fluidyne SVT Cobra HE and with brackets.

yeah i know bwoody and a few others make brackets for the stock cobra HE to mount to the cobalt so if the cobra guys are upgrading to the fulidyne i am sure with a little modding the brackets would work
