Does anyone know a place that sells a fuel pressure gauge kit that bolts up to the fuel rail? Thanks

Get any fluid filled fuel pressure gauge. Remove the shrader valve. Goto a hydraulic shop and get an adapter that fits the rail and your fuel pressure gauge.

Remove the shrader valve would be the last thing I'd do

Why? How else do you expect fuel to reach the gauge so you can read the pressure?

Goto a hydraulic shop. They'll look it at and be able to pull it off the shelf.
