hey i just got my ottp fuel return system and i installed it on my car but i cant get the fuel pressure to go under 60psi, i losened the bolt almost all the way out and the psi still wont go down and if u screw it in the psi goes up. anyone one have a idea what it is or im i doing something wrong? help plz

 

did you remove the in tank regulator?

 

the in tank regulator is set to 60psi base pressure
