Use the GM stuff to be safe. Should be fine. Thats a pretty new car though. Unless you have reason to believe you got bad fuel, your car should still be pretty clean. I have done that in my present car, and the GM tech told me to fill up, add the whole bottle, and burn most of the tank on the highway as it will clean better.

use xylene. Mix 1 gallon xylene with 3 gallons 93. Youll get 99 octane and a very good injector/ fuel cleaner.

Xylene is a paint thinner (yes a paint thinner). Yes its safe, and no it wont do any damage. Ive personally used it in my car at least 5 times and have had great results. A lot of my friends have used it and many GP owners swear by it.

Doesn't 93 and 94 octane have a cleaning additive in it already?

FYI
Xylene or paint thinner has been known to damage some of the nylon and plastic parts within the electric fuel pump (in your tank) as well as damaging some of the epoxies used as a sealing agent inside your injectors (seperating the electrical windings from the fuel).
This rediculous Internet driven practice has actually caused premature pump/injector failure on a great many cars - especially at such a high 25% concentration or if used extensively (ie every tank of fuel).
Generally it's best to stick to commercial products that use neutralizing agents within the formulation (to prevent pump and injector damage), and NEVER exceed the recommended concentration or usage intervals outlined by the manufacturers.

never heard of that or anyone having problems with it. However its definatly not an every day thing you do. Track and dyno days only. Ive known people who have used it for a long time and have never had any problems.

Maybe try adding a 25% concentration of Nitro-Methane?
The boys over on the "MustangsRus" Forums SWEAR by it!
-adds 50HP+ torque X2!!
-improves fuel economy 25%
-increases boost 50%
-dramatically decreases engine wear
-remedies erectile disfunction... etc etc
