Funny idle.

My car has sat for a week, I started it up today and the idle is funny, it drops low, or goes back and forth. Like when I stop the rpms go up and down.

Spark plugs?

It is most likely the throttle body. Just take the intake and the TB off and clean it

look on the "stickys" on this forum.. it should be near the top of the list. it tells you what to do to fix it.

i cleaned my tb and maf last week cuz my car would turn off when i would come to a stop, the rpms would just drop too low, i would have to kick up the gas to stay alive

now its good, idles up and goes to normal idle so its great...... like 1100 to 900-1000

so it idles fine most times haha
no shutting down now yeay
