GM stage 2 pulley bolt

i want change my stage 2 pulley for 2.9" but i cant remove bolt ... i think there is locktight.. do you have idea for remove my pulley?

Are you using the removal bit that came with the stage ll kit?

Heat up the ends of the bolts. Also are you using a wide rubber strap wrench to hold the pulley?

i dont using a wrench like this to hold my pulley i will try it .. and heat up the ends of bolts a little bit
