gmpp exhaust manifold

Hey guys I was just wondering if any of you have had the extrude gmpp exhaust manifold put on and if there were any noticable increase in power and if not what kind of headers are you guys using and what in your opinion is the best out for our car? And one more question when you guys removed the cat on your exhaust did you just have it replaced with 2.5 inch piping or what?

I have heard the gains are minimal and it just looks like a pain in the **** to install.

As far as I know if you remove the catt the computer will go in to limp home mode and your power will got shiat! And the computer dose such an invasive test on the O2 senser that an O2 sim will not work.
So in short if you remove the catt the car will run like crap!

As for the header I have no clue I dont have one yet.

Personally i would wait for a true header vs a manifold.
