GMPP Performance Exhaust
GMPP Performance Exhaust
I think I found an awesome price on a GMPP Performance Cat-back exhaust system. They are wanting $350 + shipping... is that a good price. It is at a Chevy Dealership, so it should be legit. Part #s match and all. Pros and Cons please... need to know soon, because they only have a few left....
okay, thx...
I see the light now....
It was such a good price I was tempted and all... so what do you recommend for muffler/tip + resonoator or perf cat???? I have a guy who can do custom work, but need to know the best formula for building it.

Okay, doing the custom... I was having trouble finding specific threads on here on what to buy as far as muffler, resonator, high-flow cat.... would like to know proven combos before just taking a chance...
i know in every thread you are hating on everyone that buys the gmpp performance exhaust.. may i have your reasoning for this? if it adds 12 hp from a dyno whats so bad about it? i know its only a 2.25" but is that extra 1/4" do that much more??
do they laugh as i pass them at half throttle?
^ thats all in fun btw...
But honestly, i have seen gains from the gmpp exhaust. what they are compared to the 2.5 or the 3.00 i do not know. i do know that i would not have gone with anything else after hearing, and racing a 2.5'' custom, and vibrant 3.00''

Bigger size doesn't guarantee anything. Where's your proof that it's so much better than the GMPP? I love mine, you can easily feel the extra power, and it has a GM warranty. Save yourself the hassle and get it; you won't regret it and you know that you're not losing any power in the powerband.
