What are you thinking? The dyno guy thinks it may have a tune. Seeing I bought it used it just might but I dont know how to check.

i'm not being a dick or calling b.s., but.... i think y'all got a very happy dyno up there because even for a "factory freak" that's kind of high. do you have a stage 2 setup and don't know it?

if your pulley stock or is there little bolts holding it on? if there's bolts... it's not stock.

also, take it to a GM dealer and have them scan it, they'll be able to tell if it has a GM stage 2 or aftermarket.

Yeah definately nice if its bone stock. Just had mine on the dyno without the zzp downpipe and put donw 244/225 so your numbers are kind of nuts. Yeah i would check the pulley on the supercharger to see if it show any numbers like 2.9 or 77.9.

What gear is this dyno being done in? Sounds completely different over mine and i am doing a 4th gear pull.

Yeah I was shocked. I asked if they dyno'd high but the showed me numbers that a GM rep did on three dyno's in town and the one at Walls dyno'd the lowest by 3 hp so all the ones in town are very close to each other.

I have checked for stage 2 or stg 1 and its the factory pulley and my injectors are stock (grey not black like the stg 2). If you guys look at my gallery i put the graph there and my Tq line is wonky they think it is either running lean, not enough spark or has detonation (yikes)! any thoughts?

The 42lbers are grey as well. Its where they connect to the harness the color is different. Stock injectors have a green connection, and the 42lb/hr injectors have a black connection. Go check them out.

Its not against you personally so please don't take it the wrong way but only a filter and air box mod with no cooling or exhaust mods even with a tune that's high. And on a mustang dyno at that
It'd be 250 or better on dynojet....

Oh I know no worries dude. I am the first to admit that its freakishly high for stock.

High reading dyno reads high.

Sorry man but no way is that possible. I had my GMS2 kit with an intake and had the same numbers. factory freaks can have a difference of about 10% upwards which puts stock hp at around 225...maybe. Look for those green tips on the injectors or scan it for a tune

Regardless of the injectors it has or a tune it may be running it still shouldn't make that kind of numbers running a stock pulley. But it does. Hopefully it would explain you're torque curve though. So good for you mike

the best way to tell if a dyno is reading happy is to take your car to another dyno..... i dyno'd my car on a Mustang and DynoJet, roughly the same weather conditions and put down the exact same numbers. maybe the dyno needs to be calibrated, who knows for sure. unfortunately everyone will be calling BS until proof of 42s & custom tune is found or the dyno was off or whatever explains the high numbers. until then, congrats now go work on that 1/4 mile time & 60'

one question, how the hell did you run a 15.1 with that much hp? I was just at the strip before I got my new setup that's in my sig (running GMS2, 3" intake and a 3" catback). When I got a 2.3 60' time, I ran a 14.0 @ 100. With a 1.9 60' I went for a 13.5 @ 105

This is what i'm gonna do actually. Take it to walls where mike did his dyno and my buddy works at another place with a dyno he can hook me up with. We will see the results

Well went and checked. No bolts on the pully and the tops of the injectors are green not black

Staged07ss said above that the greeen is stock and black is 42#'s and I went to gmpp web site and looked at the pics of the stg kits and the injectors are black. So the question is do I?

I'm sorry, I read your post wrong. I thought I read "not green" but I guess that's just what I was expecting lol.

Well then you have stock injectors and pulley, those numbers are very, very impossible. Thats why I made the comment about your drag times. With us running the same amount of power and 60' times, we should be much closer than a whole second off in times. I'm sorry to say but your car doesnt have that much power

Well to each their own. When bluelightning does his at the two places and if their the same then maybe the mythical factory freak is a "little true" which I doubt there probably is a tune that I have no idea about. I am stumped too!
