got my car dyno'd
I ran a 3" pulley for a couple months on an otherwise stock car, had just a cat-back and intake, nothing else. Car ran fine, but I did add the stage 1 kit as the next mod, I wouldn't plan on keeping a smaller pulley on the stock car for too long, its just not an ideal setup, but it makes more power and runs pretty nice like that, and it won't blow up if your A/F is in the 9's or 10's, it might start to wash down the cylinders though, thats a lot of fuel.
anything smaller than a 3.3 will make a difference, but it depends on what you want for the car. Is this going to be your final pulley swap? Are you going to get larger injectors eventually?
im eventually gonna get stage 2 and other supporting mods but idk when
i just want it to lean out a bit cuz 9-10's suck

Wouldn't 9-10 afrs clog up your cat, spew black smoke and foul the plugs fairly quick? Are you sure you're running 9-10afr's? And this was at a dyno, where they put a sniffer in the tail so it's going to be leaner by .3-.5 at the tail.
