Got my exhaust on!

Just installed my Vibrant cat-back. I either need a 3"DP or to tighten the bolts cause it gets alittle nasty at High revs 5k+. I installed it perfect. Tighten the bolts as much as i could, but do i need to retighten em after it warms up?

Probably not, but being overly cautious sure as hell never hurt anything. Congratz! How do you like the sound?
I was contemplating Vibrant for a while, but my buddies car was loud as **** with it.

Well I have the 3 in and love it but it is loud and only gets louder when u add bigger downpipe and header I have the ottp long tube no cat and removed the little resnator and put the biggest glass pack I could fit and that helped alot with the rasp

but it shouldnt be raspy with just the catback. Was your exhaust raspy top end? or if i have a exhaust leak it'll be raspy

I put everything on at the same time so not to sure but it was raspy in the high revs but a longer resnator will help alot cuz the one on there is small

Nope.

The Vibrant catback is just a loud catback. If anything, an after market downpipe will bring out more rasp. You need a larger resonator than the one that comes on the Vibrant catback. The resonator/muffler is what cancels out the rasp.
