My 06 ss seems like it can have more power throughout the rpms but sometimes seems like when I have it floored it can move faster than it really is. About 4-6000 rpms something just doesn't feel like it's giving the power that it should. Anyone help?

 

How many miles are on the car? Have you tried doing general maintenance on the car? Cleaning the throttle body, cleaning the maf, changing the fuel filter, the oil, oil filter, plugs, air filter, etc? Do all the usual stuff and then come back.
