Guys With Map Based Meth Kits, What Wire?

I got my Devils own kit and am installing it. I don't know which wire to use for the 5volt output signal. It says with the key on but car off to use the one that is 0.02volts. Which is usually green. What color did you guys use?

Yes I do but none of the wires seem to match what the instructions say.

Right on man! I've been told to use the grey one which is Map sensor signal. But the instructions say most of the time that right wire is grren and the green on my car is 5 volt reference.

Well I guess I left my meter at work so I'm gonna go get it tomorrow morning and do it for ya unless someone else chimes in.

I will go measure it right now

Edit: I do not have a manual for this car yet as it is a new car for me. Just for confirmation we are talking about the sensor in between the supercharger and the #1 injector with 4 wires correct?

I measured around 5 volts at green, and around .003 Volts at grey (The far left wire), blue was 5 V and I did not measure the green with white stripe.

I know Witt said there are two MAP sensors on the engine; let me know if the other sensor is the one in use for the methanol kit.

Here's what I came up with (all on the 20 volt setting except the last, KOEO):

1st wire from left (gray)
1.88 Volts

2nd wire (solid green)
5.1 Volts

3rd wire (blue or purple..dirty)
3.31 Volts

4th wire (green w/white tracer)
4.4 on the 200 M setting/.004 on the 2000 M setting, 0 on 20 V

That's what I got except on the first wire. On that wire I got a very low voltage. There should have been 2 wires that had very low voltage; the gray one and the green with white. How were you checking the voltages by backprobing or unhooking the connector?

What were you using to probe it? I used a good old paperclip. If I finegaled it the #'s changed until I had it in right.

I was using a small wire that I ohmed out to 0 ohms before I used it. It was night time so maybe I moved it right before I measured it. Oh well. That wire is still the wire that needs to be used as it is the voltage signal.

The gray wire is the signal wire and the one you want to use:
