had coolant flushed.

had my engine coolant flushed replaced with green coolant. My questions is since we have two different coolant systems they did not flush the sc coolant system and left the dexcool. could running two different coolants affect the car? I am buying a heat exchanger at the end of the month and will switch it over to green to jus want to make sure I will be ok for now.

Doesn't matter, the two systems are seperate.

youre fine, they are seperate, and even if they werent YOU CAN MIX Dex and regular coolant, its just that its no longer rated for 5y/100k miles anymore. Green coolant is a 2yr/24mile affair.
