we will not mention numbers, mikes car for some reason at first just started dumping fuel horrendously, you can see on the dyno graph it was probably somewhere in the 8's... **** exploded out the side pipe and even scared the **** out the dyno operator.
As for my car, did some pulls this morning at 20psi and it feels fine... weird kr I was getting yesterday is gone, and afr's are almost dialed in, should be good to go by the time I leave work today.
I have a feeling something was wrong with the dyno, cause my car is stil breaking the tires loose at the top of 3rd, I am now having a problem with it going dead rich when I go WOT causing it to bog a bit but that only lasts less than a second.
But so far car feels great, idling perfectly, no wierd noises, stopped smoking, and pulls as hard as it ever did if not harder. Gonna finish dialing it in, and maybe head back to the shop this afternoon and see if I can talk him into a free pull or 2 just to make up for the cobalt embarassasment yesterday

yeah honestly i dont think the dyno was right but thats my opinion i made some shitty ass number but i cranked the boost back down and me and paul worked with the new table that hptuners made and i never had my car feel so strong before with the boost 3 lbs less than what it was. I was at 23 psi im at 20 now and the car pulls so hard now that im getting rediculous clutch slip. Time for a new clutch and another dyno where my car doesnt break up real bad........

good to hear man.
Well my car was fine this morning, parked at work, retuned it a buit with the logs I got this morning... and horrendous smoking again.... only does it though when sitting at idle when warmed up, once you start driving it it goes away. I'm starting to think I killed my turbo already... Should still be under Turbonetics warranty, but I can't believe after 3-4 months my good turbo is f'd while my shitty ebay one is still going strong on my friends civic.
Hopefully get my hands on a compression and leak down tester today to make sure the motor is still good.... but it still runs perfectly smooth and pulls hard as hell.... I dunno, damn cobalts lol.

Paul, did you use an oil restricter on your turbo this time? If your cramming oil in a BB turbo without a restictor, then that is bad JuJu buddy. Your probably are, but it's just a thought. What size drain are you using as well? Just curious.

of course I'm running a restrictor.
I do know my BOV is f'd up and not opening all the time, and I have a feeling it did some damage to the turbo. (I have no extra shims in it either it's from factory supposedly 9lb spring)
Need to get my hands on the new Hahn one....

I figured you were, I was just checking. I hate BOV's that you have to do that too. My Greddy just requires me to use a wrench and an allen wrench to adjust it. Couple passes up and down the road and viola it's done.

Is the new Hahn one on their site? I haven't seen it yet. I hear the Synchronic one is pretty nice too.

well trix only made like 324whp at an 8 afr lol. then his car went on fire, so that was that, I dyno'd right after and I think because of all the dry chemical **** everywhere, something was messed up with the dyno, cause it's running stronger than ever but only put down 340whp, which I highly doubt is accurate. Fr comparison, when I dyno'd 411whp I had full traction through 3rd gear, now it blows the tires loose at 6000rpm.
