Cool Harrop is on, issues

First off let me say that holy crap this thing had to be shoehorned in there. The bottom two bolts were virtually impossible to get on. Looks great though , im using the 3.5 inch pulley, sorry for no pics, I got done when it was dark, maybe tommorow.

Ok main issue is IAT, its 53 degrees out and IAT2 constantly stays at 105, this seems quite a bit high, odd thing is when I give it maybe half throttle the temp decreases at least by 25 degrees, full throttle it doesnt go above 105 at all, even after punching 7k a few times. I am using the stock bypass valve.

Overall you cant hear it at all, I kinda miss the whine, but cool noises arent everything

You have a PM. Did you check all the connections when you reinstalled all the sensors? Check your fuses to see if any are loose. I had a car I was tuning the other day throw codes out the ass after flashing. Couldn't figure it out for the life of me. Some of the ECM fuses were loose

if you ground down the bolts it would work easier becuase of the clearence issue, harrop to care of that for the production models though

getting to the lower bolts was the problem theres not much room between the bottom of the charger and the two lower screws, my arms look like I was fighting with Wolverine

yea, the bolts were a pain to get it......I put them in before I put the blower in the car...then used an allen wrench I modified to tighten them down.

Don't feel bad, I had to do the same thing with the twinscrew. It's the blower width that does it! This is a good thing though!

well when it's sitting at idle of course your IAT2's will be high, no air moving. If it's dropping while your driving or under boost, that's normal
