Head Removal

Took out cam gear bolts and the other 10 head bolts. I see a couple hex looking bolts do those need to come out? What size and what kind of socket does it take? Thanks in advance trying to get this baby out!

Cam gears for the chain, 4 etorx bolts, 10 head bolts. Both manifolds and various connections and it's off.
