i have 2.5 inch corsa cat back exhaust on my 07 ss/sc.. i wanted to know what would be the best header and dp setup to get.. should i get the 2.5 or 3 inch dp??

 

Wait a few weeks and get ZZP's long tube header they are coming out with. Go with a 3" downpipe.

Do not waste your time with a 2.5" downpipe on the lsj.

 

Well i sent a message to them asking where the midlength went to on their site and this is what turbo tim sent back:

We redesigned our Midlength header, now it will be a long tube race header. It will be available in about 3-4 weeks and well worth the wait. It will be stainless and have a VBand downpipe connection.

I emailed him back asking about rough price but no answer back. But i'm all over it!

 

awesome! hopefully its as affordable as their midlength header was before they took it off their site. but i keep hearing that the mid header had so many issues. im looking into buying a header and dp right now thats why im so interested. hopefully they fixed the issues people where haveing with the mid and made this lt a great header.

 

I have a vibant header / dp and I love it!!!! Its a lil pricey but I like it a lot... but if zzp had a long tube header at the time I think b would have went with them... but I don't know if price isn't a prob and u want it now I would say vibrant...

 

guess its worth the wait... im all for it
