it's pretty straightforward. One thing I would recommend is to unclip the 02 sensors from the harness, take off the downpipe, and THEN take off the 02 sensor. If you're up on jackstands it will be an awkward position to try and get it out, and much easier to do off the car. I usually just use a piece of tape on one of the sensors and harnesses to know which one is which. Other than that, it's pretty easy. Sometimes some of the bolts are stubborn.

Also, have handy a socket (it's a star socket, forget what size) in case the studs come off with the header bolts.

This is almost impossible without a socket...

Some of them you cant get a wrench to.

the 3 bottom center bolts you have to use a wrench, the rest you can use a rachet and you can get to them all from under the car.so grab a plillow you will get cramps in the neck and your hand. Now the header is crappy around the ports i had to port match them to the gasket, other than that its easy.

yea i saw a lot of the pics on the header. i had to do some grinding myself. wish cti spent a little more time on making these with more quality. but luckly mine wasnt all to bad. welds in the dp and the primaries were pretty sloppy and i just took a dremel to them and cleaned them up a bit. also filed all the shavings off the o2 bungs. but i guess im just going to have to wait more to get my car workin. the stock flex pipe has a hole in it the size of texas and no way i wouldnt be pulled over if i drove it now. JOSH WAKE UP AND HELP ME. I NEED YOUR TOOLS.
