GMR does still have adjustable cam gears. i've got a set on my car. along with the zzp 82# springs. i don't believe the head needed to be clearanced at all for the springs to fit. idk what kind of numbers you're looking for but i would still port the head if you're going to build it. the reason i'm not running a ported head is cause i want to see how far the stock one will take me and so far its atleast 600s. i'm also on a stock head gasket and arp studs. factory valves.

hmmm good food for thought! If I have my new valve cover put on maybe ill just have him do valve springs while its off and put the rest of the money towards either a tvs or turbo
