Wow. Really? He's asking how to bleed the heat exchanger. Not fill the cooling system.
The best way to bleed the H/E system IMO is to fill it, let it heat up and pressurize, let it cool down, fill it, start it, turn it off, pop the cap, fill it, squeeze the tubes to get the bubbles out, put the cap on, start the car, turn the car off, pop the cap, repeat until you honestly can not possibly get one more ounce of fluid in that filler neck.

yea what i did is fill it initially.. start it up let it run like 5 minutes and fill the neck while its running... then when you cant fill anymore, go drive around like 10-15... shut it down and let it cool off... go recheck everything.. i checked my system every other day or so until i finally got it to the max point
