Help with codes

can someone help me find what these codes are?:

P0036
P0054
P0141
P0420

ever since i had my ZZP header/Dp installed i have had the code P0420, so that is most likely because of the high flow cat, its emissions related and what not, but i used my aeroforce to scan tonight to check and see if i was throwing any other codes (my CEL is constantly on because of P0420) and i saw that i had 3 ******* new ones..now is there somewhere i can look to find these or some sort of guide that will tell me?

thanks.

P0420 is low catalyst efficiency

I've got that one too.

P0141 is an O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction

P0036 says H02S Heater control circuit sensor 2

Sorry, but my book doesn't have P0054

i'm sure all or most of those are from the post cat o2 sensor, nothing to be worried about, but i think the only thing you can do is get someone with hptuners to turn them off. I'm not running a catalytic converter right now and the only code i get is p0140 consistently, sometime p0136, but other than that nothing. (i have an o2 sensor fooler from weapon-r).
