well im looking for the full header/dp combo and is ceramix or stainless steal better?

Debatable...

If you don't live in a climate prone to rust, then a ceramic coated mild steel header is the better choice as performance will be virtually the same but the radiated heat will be less with the ceramic and the ceramic will not change colors like stainless steel.

But, if rust is an issue, as in the North East, stainless will be a better choice and it will do a good job of keeping radiated heat down. But, raw stainless will turn a multitude of colors; yellow, brown, gold, blue, etc depending on the heat. So if you are choosing stainless simply for the polished appearance, it will not look that way longer than a couple days. That's why we do not send our stainless headers out for polishing.

Of course there is also the option of getting your stainless header ceramic coated for the best heat reduction, no worries of rust and keeping the looks of the header from changing. But this is also the most expensive way to go.

i ended up going with the vibrant set up hopefully the 3'' dp wont kill me thanks everyone for all their help and confusion lol jk but this thread proves how mucht this site helps me out!! thanks agian everyone and in may ill have updates as the fact that im in college and had it mailed to my house witch i wont be returning to tell early may now to buy the h/e dual pass and intercetors getting there slowly :P
